Located approximately 50 metres from Chigwell Underground station the site has excellent transport links to the City via the Central Line. The local area is predominantly residential, with a small parade of shops to the north of the site providing amenities. 

A planning application was submitted for mixed-use redevelopment of the site in Q4 2020 and a decision is awaited.
