Michael Smith, CEO 

Michael has extensive experience in the construction industry, having formed ETEC Group in 2005 which today has a strong reputation and foothold in the industry as a main contractor throughout the UK. 

Whitesquare was formed in 2015 as he realised the opportunity of adding value through the creation of design-led mixed-use schemes and he has since grown the portfolio. 

Michael has a thorough understanding of all aspects of commercial and residential development, having been involved in major redevelopment projects that have seen him working alongside local authorities and communities throughout the United Kingdom.

Harvey Golding, Head of Finance

Harvey joined Whitesquare as Head of Finance in 2017. He has over 45 years’ experience in development of residential and commercial property having built a number of schemes for the private luxury and affordable markets across the South East of England. 

Harvey has vast experience in development and construction finance and provides to us secondly based forecasts with financial safeguards. He has built strong relationships with funders and professionals alike.

Samantha Watson, Personal Assistant 

With over 18 years’ experience Sam began her professional career working within the Banking and Finance sector reporting to EMEA Senior Management Team.

Sam then joined Whitesquare when it was formed in 2015 and now manages all aspects of administration for Whitesquare’s portfolio and is the PA to Michael.
